Early afternoon

We’ll kick things off with the ceremony, followed by drinks, canapés, and a solid stretch of mingling, hugging, and telling each other how nice everyone looks when they’re not in their usual clothes.

Late afternoon

We’ll gather everyone for dinner, with a few words from some familiar faces before the food arrives and the wine starts quietly (or not so quietly) doing its thing.

Early evening

More guests will join us, the music will get going, and the whole day will shift firmly into party mode as the venue is turned around and the dancefloor starts calling everyone in.

Evening

We’ll cut the cake, take to the floor for our first dance, and then it’s over to you to help us properly wear the place out.

Late night

There’ll be a well-timed late-night snack to keep everyone fuelled, last orders before midnight, and a slightly reluctant wind-down as the venue tells us it’s time to call it a night.
