After some very serious taste-testing, we’ve finally settled on the wedding breakfast menu.

Take a look at the options below, then scroll down to let us know what you’d like using the form.

On the day, there’ll be a welcome drink before the ceremony followed by drinks and canapés during the reception — including one drink per guest from a little surprise we’ve arranged.

The bar will be open throughout the evening if you fancy anything else, and there will of course be soft drinks available too.

Starters

Tian of haggis and clapshot 
with whisky sauce

Scallops
with a leek and vermouth sauce

Lentil & bean bon bon (Ve)
with tomato fondue and lemon oil

Mains

12 Hour cooked feather blade of beef 
with fondant potato, garlic roasted vegetables, 
caramelised shallots, sauteed greens
and truffle infused pan gravy

Baked lemon sea bream 
with baby gem lettuce, rocket pesto

and Parma ham crisp

*can be made without Parma ham on request

​Aubergine and chickpea pithivier (Ve)
with tomato fondue 

Desserts

Chefs sticky toffee pudding 
with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream


Broxmouth apple crumble
with vanilla ice cream

*can be made vegan on request
